Provision of Crew
Studio based work typically calls for a crew of one or two only. For most location shoots we require two crew. Occasionally three people are necessary and sometimes a full crew of four, five, six or more is needed, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
Over the years we have worked with many highly skilled freelancers in all fields, including camera operators, lighting technicians, sound recordists and directors and we maintain a bank of regulars who we call upon as needed. Most of our contacts work in film or television as well as in corporate video.
We never use freelance crew until we are satisfied that they meet our strict requirements in terms of skill, experience and personability. We will never arrange a shoot without having at least one full time senior vIT crewmember present. Usually that is the producer/director.
