Editing and Compositing

This is where we put it all together - the footage shot on location or in the studio, graphics, voiceover, music, animations and titles - everything that goes to make your finished production.

Our edit system is built around Sony Vegas Professional - a cutting edge broadcast standard non-linear editing system (if you really care!) as well as video, audio and graphic production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Ultra, Cakewalk Sonar, Sony Sound Forge and others.

Collectively we have over twenty years experience of these tools and our expertise has led us to be selected as product testers for several video production software developers and to produce training materials for other end users.

We have an edit suite at our studio as well as comfortable screening rooms for customers to view their productions.

For studio based productions, vIT has facilities just ten minutes off the end of the M3 in the beautiful New Forest, with views overlooking the Isle of Wight.

The studios are well suited to shooting interviews, presentations, video blogs and stills photography, as well as for recording voiceovers and podcasts.

We have comfortable, well equipped meeting rooms for production meetings and viewings.

Oh, and a well stocked bar which opens at 5.30pm.

vIT is as comfortable filming on location as we are in the studio, whether it's at your offices, your customer's or anywhere else.

That goes for overseas as well as UK-based productions. We're able to send a small crew (usually no more than two people) and equipment anywhere in the world without the need for local hire or expensive shipping costs. Years of 'indie' filming experience has taught us how to keep costs down when shooting overseas without compromising the quality of the production.

To date, we've produced films all over the UK and Europe, the USA, Africa and Latin America.
